Slow and steady wins the race


I want to set a good example to my kids.
I want to be healthy.
I want to look good.
I want my family to be proud of me.
I want to have pride in myself.

Self belief.

My dog needs his walk, so I do it for him if I don't have the motivation to do it for myself.

I have a measured bowl of shreddies with semi-skimmed milk ( no sugar) every day for breakfast.
Lunch is usually a salad with some cold meat or tuna, I try to vary the ingredients as much as possible from day to day. Sometimes I'll have a tin of weight watchers soup instead.
Supper is my main meal of the day , I'll have a portion of meat or fish, with either salad and a small amount of rice, or maybe some potatoes and boiled veg. and gravy. I try to give myself mostly veg, then protein then carbs. I don't really measure this meal, but I'll have it on a smallish plate.
I drink tea with semi-skimmed milk or green tea, or diet coke or water.
I snack on fruit or home made oat cereal bars.

I try to walk a few miles every day.
