I am a 34 Year old husband and father of 4. I have been heavy since the second grade when my parents moved us back into my grandparents home. My Grandmother would always wanted me to eat something. I went from a size 8slim to a size 12 husky by the end of the year. I had relinquished myself to being heavy until my wife (sheilab) found this sight and lost nearly 100lbs. Walking down the street with her I desided that I didnt want to be the guy that people say "OMG what the hell is she doing with that guy". so I have been pushing myself to lose. This sight has worked wonders for me so far I have gone from 305lbs to 260lbs. I was wearing a size 42-44 waist pants now I can fit a 36-38 waist depending on the brand and cut. I also have high blood pressure like most of my family, and am on meds for that. Even just the 45lbs lost so far I have noticed that my blood pressure has gone down. Most of the people in my family are over weight, 5 of whom have had the stomach band surgery and all 5 of them have put back on all if not more weight, because they could not controll themselves when it came to food and no Exercise. this sight has given me the tools that none of them had and I am going to be the first person in my family to lose weight and keep it off naturally, no drugs, no surgery, no excuses.... I know that its not going to be easy but I know that I have all the support that I need just looking at my wife she was able to do it and I want to be able to do it for her.

We are going to Florida in April on Vacation, & to be able to get off of my high blood pressure meds.
