Why do you want to get in shape?

Ive gradually gained weight over the years. Im sick of looking and feeling fat. I dont feel well carrying around all these extra pounds.

What is your biggest weight loss hurdle?

I enjoy eating at night when my appetite wakes up. I am in a lot of pain due to an spinal injury, so exercise is very painful.

How do you stay motivated? Who inspires you?

well, obviously I havent. ?

I am not currently dieting. I eat mostly good foods, I just eat too much, too often.

What are your hobbies / interests?

Hobbies are currently limited, but I used to enjoy most things out of doors. I used to be active and would like to be again.
