I would really like to be able to look in the mirror and be, if not happy, at least satisfied with what I see.

I have dieted over and over and, let's face it, OVER again and I always hit a plateau and either give up or fall off the dieting wagon...

I had been doing really well, losing the weight at a pretty steady pace when...I hit the dreaded plateau and although I was no longer losing I managed to maintain my weight. About 2 months ago, unfortunately I hit a rough patch, and gained a lot of my weight back. I have been on this site before, and it helped quite a bit, so here I am...back again! Hoping for good results.
