Why do you want to get in shape?

We have 5 kids between us , after my third at age 30 i went to 14 stone biggest i've ever been , dropped to 13.7 after birth , have worked my way down to 11.12 stone with Dukan and lots and lots of slips!!!, target weight is to get to 9 stone 7 to my weight as a 20 yr old!! fed up of having a wardrobe full of lush clothes i can't fit into also.

What is your biggest weight loss hurdle?

resisting sweet food that is here for the kids!!

How do you stay motivated? Who inspires you?

wanting my husband to see the old me and get bk self esteem confidence and feel sexy and lighter.

What is working for you currently?

dukan , have the odd slip but get straight bk on only thing i have been able to stick to 99% of the time and it really works !

reading , decorating, my children, art, computers, beach, town shopping, car boots antiques!
